What the F*** are the doctors thinking

Recently i am really pissed off with the services that the local hospital giving to the patients, expecially those with cancer issues.

I mean what are they thinking, cancer is not a small issue and it whould be treated immediately and not dragging and endanger people's life. What the hell are they doing. I know this person who found out that she have cancer and a tumor in her intestine side, and last week when she went to the doctor in UH, they told her that the cancer has spread to her kidney side. I mean since they know that this is a very dangerous case, why they still want to drag her and not doing necesarry medication or surgery immediately? I got to know from this person that she is going to see the doctor again on the 16, and then only they will arrange necessary treatments for her. Come on, she have been sick for nearly a few weeks already and all the necessary reports and scanning has been done. Why are they still dragging it? I mean, don't they understand how important a person's life is?

It really hurts me when this person told me the pain and struggle that she is going through. She went to see the doctor last week and complain about the pain, the best part is that they still have the nerves in telling her to follow her appointment and come back to see the surgeons on Monday. I mean, come onlah, it's a servere case, don't drag it lah.. They should do something fast instead of asking people for wait for a few weeks to do necessary thing.

I mean just imagine that what if at first it's not really that serious and because of waiting, all the cancer cell may have the possibility in spreading to other places, and wouldn't this be more dangerous for the patient? Damn... sometimes i wonder what are they thinking, I just feel like screaming at them and tell them don't they know and understand the furious and pain of a person who really needs medical attention ASAP? Would they bare the consequences if anything happen to the patient just because they never give any attention to the patient immediately? Who is going to bare the resposibility? What are they thinking. I mean i can gurantee that this will never happen with a private hospital... I mean what is the purpose of a doctor? Isn't it to help heal every patients ASAP and not dragging until it's too dangerous?

This is jsut too stupid. What can we do to change the service given? #$%^*$^%)*&^%$^#$#@%

It no fun being sick

Yes! Seriously it;s no fun being sick and not able to get out from the house. This stupid chicken pox thing is killing my life. Wanted to spend more time actually during my break to spend more time with my family, especially  my two bute angels just got back from China today. But i was being banned from entering the house and going back to Ipoh now. Cause my mom is afraid that i will spread it to the two little angel. What a life..... Now it's like everyday wake up and thinking of what to do at home. I felt so useless and tired. Cause there are nothing much to do now but to sit at home, watch tv, and internet. I think that is the most boring life that you can have.

Friends tried to called and ask to have lunch and dinner, but sorry lah everyone. Can't go anywhere now. Don't want to spread it to everyone. Just have to sit at home and try to bored myself to dead. ARGHHH!%^&(%$^#%$%^&!!!!!! I really hate this. But the best part is that now i can catch every single football match, since i don't need to work and not able to get out from the house.  Why do we have chicken pox. I DON"T LIKE THIS!!!!!!! Now only i realised that there are nothing to watch on ASTRO during the afternoon time. The programs are just so boring.

It's really not good, especially that when you are sick and there are no one to take care of you. I called my mom but unfortunately she can't be here. ... MOMMY!! Where are you when i need you..... Aiiiiii.......

Anyways, just wanted to tell you all to take good care of yourselves and don't get you all sick.... It's just not good....

Bug bites VS Chicken Pox

How to differentiate Bug bites with Chicken Pox. Even i do not know how to answer that question. Even the doctors does not know.. What is happening in this world? Is it that hard to tell the differences.

Well it all started last week when i fell itchy near my hands and legs. I went to see the doctor, and he was telling me that i had bug bites. The best part is that he can still joke about it and telling me that he wanted to knock my head with a hammer, and lean me a screw driver to unscrew my brain and figure what what caused the outbreak. It was not really a joke to me, cause i had all the itchiness around my body. He end up giving me some allergy, itchiness pills and calamine lotions. What a doctor, how dare him still abel to joke about it. Anyways, we went back and forced to clean up the whol house and tie up the carpet, cause that was the only thing that i can think off which caused the outbreak. Anyways, i thought everything was going to be fine. It was not fun at all, cause everyday you have to stand all the itchiness, and everytime after taking the bath, i look like this really horrible looking white monster, cause i have no choice but to put all the lotions on the body and it look all white.  NYEK!!!!

Well i thought that everything was going to be fine, but the things still keep on spreading. I keep on thinking about other things, but still couldn't figure it out, so i cannot TAHAN anymore and went to see the doctor this afternoon. Told the doctor all my symtoms and he had a look at the scars. And you know what he told me????   My girl, you are not having Bug bites, you have been having Chicken POX!!!!!! WHAT?????? Chicken Pox? What? How can i have chicken pox now.... Not now..... what? my age? What is this? I remembered that i had vaccinations few years back, and that is why the doctor told me that i didn't really feel the tireness and the outbreak was not really that great because of the vaccination. The best part is that everyone as laughing at me, cause no one have chicken pox when they are 29... What a joke!!!!!!!!!! And the best part is that that was the most expensive medical fee that i ever paid. What? RM 95 just for some antiviral pills?????? My god. i hope that the pills work. Cause after eating it, i am having all this pain on my body and i think i am going to have fever soon. What kind of pills did the doctor gave to me? I don't fell all these symtoms if i dont' take it at all.... Damn!!!!!!!! I hate this... Hope that everything will be fine so that i can start my work on monday....

What do you know about Hair Loss?

I came through an article recently about Hair loss, and i think this is really useful for some of us. Cause i think even i am having the same problem now. That is why i have to cut my hair short, cause we tend to loss a lot of hair living in this environment and polution. The general term ' hair loss' can refer to amny different problems from mild hair thinning to total baldness, and these can occur for many different reasons. A consultant explains that hair loss can occur as thinning when the hair loss is diffuse and gradual. Hair loss is more common problem than is usually believed. that is what i think, cause it seems that most of us are facing with the problem now.

According to a study, hair loss can cause by genes and also stress factor.

Genes

Generally, men and womens' hair loss are the consequence of he type of genes they inherited from either or both parents. Our genes influence how our hair grows. They activate sensitivity to angrogens(male hormones) including testosterone, which causes hair follicles to shrink. The shrinking follicles (the sheath that surrounds the root of a hair) produce thinner hair.

According to the doctor, the most common cause of hair loss in both men (90 percent) and women (70 percent) is androgenetic alopecia (often called inherited or herediatary hair loss by non- medical people). The condition is the result of the effect of androgens (male hormones) on the hair follicles and the pattern of response is genetically determined. All females have some androgens as well, and thus this condition occurs both in males and females.

In men, hair loss usually appears initially as a receding front hair line on the forehead or a balding patch on the top of the head. In femals, however, the manifestation is different- ths hair loss takes the form of verall thinning throughout the scalp... man this is really scarry!!!!!! Cause my mom side have this genes problem, and man, i hope i won't get it from them... Anwyays, just cross my fingers that i have my fathers genes, so that my hair will always be thick . heheeh, am i asking too much...

The stress factor

Stress is a common reason for a special king of hair loss, which is known as 'Telegon effluvium'. Dont ask me what this mean, cause i just got it from the magazine.  Anyways, what happens is that the hair growth cycles will go into a state of rest when you are under stress, such as undergoing a recent surgery or having severe illness or high fever. You may lose a lot of hair six weeks to three months after severe physical or emotional stress but the hair usually will grow back withing a few months.

So for those people who have these problems, it is prudent to consult a doctor to get a clinical assessment and diagnosis before embarking on appropriate treatment.
